`I'm the wife and it's nothing more than incorporating another person into the relationship. It's like a friendship between 2 people and then a third joining in. Communication is a must and everyone has to be open. Jealousy does come up, but instead of thinking of jealousy as being a feeling we're not allowed to have, we accept it for what it is. Understanding what's causing that feeling is beneficial to all parties involved and it helps alleviate any negativity surrounding the family.

`I'm the committed girlfriend. My BF wants us to find a man committed to creating a polyamorous relationship.
This isn't my choice, but I will commit.
Has anyone gone into this reluctantly? How did you progress?

This is very well said. The only thing I would add to this is that in Poly-Relationships, when bringing in another person, I think every one in the relationship should be part of that decision. This addition needs to "vibe" with all or it will cause friction
